Hi.

Through a breadth of experiences, I have garnered the necessary collaborative, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage a team in a fast-paced environment. I have worked extensively in public and private sector software development and consulting services, clinical research and health sciences, and educational instruction and resource development, among other industries. However, at the heart of every role I have served, I have had the opportunity to critically analyze the human experience and learn how to strategically implement data-driven, user-centric technological solutions that balance optimization, accessibility, and individualism in synchronous harmony.

My goal is to lead a high-performing team towards detail-oriented product design that does not shy away from innovation nor efficiency. I bring value as a leader and manager while supporting company efforts with the capability to meet tight timelines, delegate to a team, and always deliver quality results.

In my roles as an implementation consultant contracted with the Tennessee Department of Homeland Security, a teacher for K-12 students while working an after-school technology literacy program, and a clinical program director at a thriving medical institution, I have gained a solid knowledge base on what makes a team successful and the amount of synergistic work that needs to be managed to have a successful product in a thriving ecosystem. In the aforementioned roles, I have developed accessible technology that is both intuitive and exciting for all users in all targeted demographics. Whether it be students in first grade learning mathematical operations through an interactive online module, hospital patients benefiting from modernized feedback systems to comment on their patient experience and participate in health science research, or older constituents with a history of substance abuse navigating their driving requirements and online accountability during a pandemic, I have led the production and implementation of thoughtful software driven by empathy, impact, and user analysis.

My background has prepared me for the rigor of understanding technical products and interpreting their efficacy for the greater improvement of interfacing design and a holistic, optimized user experience.
